Products that have been used, altered, or washed are not eligible for return. Sale items and personal care products are also excluded from returns. To qualify for a return, all items must be in their original condition with packaging and tags intact. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we process refunds within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued through bank transfer to the account details you provide. Only the product cost is refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases where the wrong or defective product was delivered, we will ensure the refund covers the full product price.
